Ellie Goulding's 'How Long Will I Love', from her Halcyon Days album will be this year's official Children In Need single. Listen to the track below.

The 'Burn' chart-topper made the announcement on her Twitter page, and states that it feels 'fantastic' to have contributed a song to this year's charity campaign. The track previously appeared on the soundtrack to romcom About Time and is the second official single from her 2013 album re-release.

"I’ve grown up watching BBC Children in Need so it’s fantastic that I’m doing this year’s single!." she says in a statement. "It is an emotional song, but in a really positive way, and I’ve been completely blown away with the positive reaction it’s had already."
