A police helicopter crashed into a popular music venue on the banks of River Clyde in Glasgow on Friday (29 November) afternoon.
According to Police Scotland, there were three people on the helicopter which crashed into The Clutha Vaults pub which was full of people enjoying the start to their weekend at the venue.
Polica have confirmed that three people were killed in the cash while 32 needed to be taken to local hospitals for emergency care.
It has been reported that around 120 people were in the pub at the time of the crash who were helped by onlookers as members of the public attempted to pull people away from the wreckage.
A total of 125 firefighters were at the scene to help the people that had been trapped by the collapsed building.
Assitant chief officer of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service told the BBC: “We have had some contact (with those inside) and we are working away just now to make sure that the building is safe in order to get people out.
“We have got 125 firefighters here and they are not only working outside the perimeter of the building, they are working inside. They have been in the cellar, they have been on the roof."
