The Pixies have released their new video for the track 'Magdalena' taken from their new 4-track EP 2. Check it out below.
It is a rather odd affair, fitting nicely with the song it follows what the viewer can only assume to be the aforementioned Magdalena on a rather strange adventure involving food. The main character gets up in the morning before going to kiss, then beat up, a guy in a tunnel. She then has a shower of rice and takes part in an egg and spoon race. We're still pondering what this all means to be honest.
As you'd expect the writers of 'Where is my Mind' tend to be a little bit off the wall every now and again, particularly when it comes to songwriting and music videos. It shows indisputably why they are held in such high regard and why they continue to be such an interesting band.
