Azealia Banks and Diplo are being sued by a producer who claims the pair sampled his track without his permission.

Master D says the New York rapper and the LA-based super producer sampled his track 'Mad Drumz' for their 2012 collaboration 'Fuck Up The Fun' - but didn't ask for his permission, and have since refused to give him credit.

When the song was released in 2012, Diplo immediately faced claims that he had stolen the track, which appeared on Banks' mixtape Fantasea, from Master D. However, the producer refuted the accusations, insisting he had worked alongside Master D on 'Fuck Up The Fun'. Master D now says this is false.

As well as Banks and Diplo, Universal Music Group, mixtape website DatPiff (who distributed Fantasea) and Amazon.com are also named in the lawsuit.
