It's time to settle that age-old debate once and for all - as the greatest rock singer of all time seems to be Axl Rose, according to a new chart.
The chart, made by Concert Hotels, compares the vocals ranges of many of the biggest artists in pop and rock - with the Guns N' Roses frontman coming out on top ahead of nearest rivals Mariah Carey, Prince, Aerosmith's Steve Tyler and James Brown.
Further down the chart, there are some more pretty interesting rankings - such as Eminem and Lou Reed having the same vocal range, Kurt Cobain and Miley Cyrus having a greater range than Aretha Franklin and Lana Del Rey and Lorde are technically better singer than Whitney Houston, Adele and Alicia Keys in terms of their range prowess.
