Biffy Clyro's Simon Neil has revealed a new solo track entitled 'To The Bone' as part of the BBC's rescoring of Ryan Gosling's film Drive.
Recorded under the name ZZC, the track begins with a delicate piano refrain before evolving into a thoughtful and considered look at love and loss.
Chvrches, The 1975, Foals and SBTRKT are among the artists are also taking part in the project which will be broadcast on BBC Three at 10pm on 30 October.
"I consider it a great honour that my movie Drive inspired so many wonderful artists to come together and create one ultra-cool glam experience," said Drive director, Nicholas Winding Refn.
"Honestly, this is the most exciting thing that this show has ever been involved in," said Zane Lowe. "It's the most ambitious, awesome thing we've ever done. We've been working on it all year and we're super-proud of it – you don't want to miss this."
