Florence + The Machine, Coldplay, Foo Fighters and AC/DC are now favourites to headline Glastonbury.
Following a flood of bets today, Paddy Power have updated their latest odds suggesting that Foo Fighters are now 10/3 to headline, with Coldplay at 14/1, AC/DC at 6/1 and Florence and the Machine at 8/1. Noel Gallagher's repeated protestations that he would like to play Glastonbury solo have only fuelled the rumours that he might reunite with brother Liam - an Oasis reunion has odds of 12/1.
Personally, Gigwise can't imagine anything better than a Foos focused Glastonbury, accompanied by bellowing along to 'Back In Black' and witnessing an incredible Florence performance. She's already announced a series of festival appearances including Coachella, Bonnaroo, Hurricane, Southside and Oyo - so a headline set at Worthy Farm certainly isn't out of the question.
This morning however, rumours strongly suggest that Coldplay may be one of the headliners this summer. The bill is usually revealed towards the end of March, but reliable website eFestivals states they are 'confident' that Coldplay will top the Pyramid Stage - listing them as 'To Be Confirmed' on the line-up. They did the same for Kasabian and Metallica last year, long before they were announced.
Glastonbury Festival 2015 takes place at Worthy Farm in Somerset from 24 - 28 June 2015. Lionel Richie is the only act to be confirmed so far (alongside the Dalai Lama), while other rumours include Queen + Adam Lambert, Taylor Swift, Elton John, The Libertines and more.
