Following on from his foul-mouthed collaboration with rapper Big Sean, Calvin Harris has teamed up with everyone's favourite sister act Haim. Listen to 'Pray To God' below.
The sister's uplifting close harmony contribution makes this track a cut above your average EDM banger - one suspects if it's picked as a single this could be Harris' umpteenth number one.
‘Pray To God’ is taken from Harris’ forthcoming fourth studio album Motion, which has already been preceded by two smash-hits, ‘Summer’, named the most streamed song of the past six months by Spotify, and ‘Blame’ featuring vocals from John Newman. Other confirmed collaborators set to appear on the album include R&B singer Tinashe and Hurts.
This year Harris was named the richest DJ on Earth by Forbes magazine. His fortune has risen from $46 million to $66 million over the past 12 months, with Forbes' estimates based on earnings from record sales, live shows, merchandise sales, endorsements and external business ventures.
In September, Gigwise caught Calvin Harris at the iTunes Festival and proclaimed him to be ‘a well-oiled machine of pure EDM gold dust’. Check out our review here.
