Line-ups for Chile, Argentina and Brazil announced

Lollapalooza has revealed the formidable line-ups for their 2015 festivals in Chile, Argentina, and Brazil - with Jack White, Robert Plant, Smashing Pumpkins and Skrillex headling all three events. Ticket details below.


Lollapalooza Chile takes place 14-15 March in Santiago and also features Kings of Leon, Calvin Harris, St. Vincent, Interpol, Alt-J, Major Lazer, NOFX, Kasabian, Bastille SBTRKT, The Specials and Tinariwen.



Lollapalooza Argentina takes place a week later on 21-22nd March in Buenos Aires with a slightly modified bill that will also feature Pharrell Williams and Cypress Hill.



Lollapalooza Brazil then concludes the trio of festivals, taking place in Sao Paulo from 28-29 March and adds Childish Gambino, Rudimental and Marina and the Diamonds to the bill.

It was recently announced that Lollapalooza will be coming to Europe next year, taking place in Berlin at the Tempelhof Airport on 12-13 September. The US date of the festival (in Grant Park, Chicago) will take place from 31 July - 2 August.

  • Fly Golden Eagle: Psychedlic rock revivalists signed to Nashville's Blacktooth indie label. They're still relatively underground but have toured with Alabama Shakes, Arctic Monkeys, and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zero's.

  • Lorde: The 'Royals' singer released her phenomenally successful debut album, Pure Heroine last year and has built a reputation for formidable live performances. Don't miss this rare chance to see a superstar in the making.

  • Royal Blood: One of the most exciting new British bands in recent memory, the Brighton duo make in yer face blues rock that would make Josh Homme proud.

  • Jagwar Ma: Live psychedelia in the vein of Tame Impala meets the techno rave of Andrew Weatherall to create the ultimate festival party band.

  • Arctic Monkeys: The indie lads from Sheffield have transformed from jangly indie club band into stadium/arena shakers over the course of five albums. Bound to be a festival highlight. Go find out why the biggest thing in Britain.

  • Benjamin Booker: Possibly the most unique vocal talent on this list and his band have an infectious vintage Chuck Berry-esque guitar twang that is also reminiscent of early Kings Of Leon.

  • Kings Of Leon: The chart-topping rock royals have a bountiful number of hits in their arsenal and are a thrilling live band.

  • The Districts: The hotly-tipped Fat Possum signed band from Pennsylvania evoke Neil Young at his heaviest and are seemingly on a meteoric rise having made a strong impression at SXSW and The Great Escape this year.

  • Interpol: They're due to release new album El Pintor later this year and it's bound to edge them further into legend status - especially as it's the best thing they've done in years. They're one of the most polished and powerful live bands in rock music and an inspiration to future generations.

  • Eminem: The Grammy-winning celebrity rap star will be pulling out all the stops to justify his status as one of the most respected rap artists of a generation. Expect a huge applause when he brings out classics from The Marshall Mathers LP.

  • White Denim: The Texan rockers were recently hailed as the best live band on the planet by BBC 6 Music presenter Mark Riley and regularly gain comparisons to Led Zeppelin.

  • Young The Giant: Their 2011 single 'My Body' is a great introduction to the band and shows their ability to construct powerful fist-in-the-air choruses which are great for festivals.

  • Temples: Quintessential listening for fans of the new-psychedlia scene in the UK. Heavenly Records released their superb debut album Sun Structures from which they'll be drawing on for their set at Lollapalooza.

  • Ratking: New York rap collective collaborated with King Krule on the single 'So Sick Stories' from their album So It Goes. They share a similar penchant for striking beats and edgy rap vocals.
