The Aussie group bring new album Currents to Atlanta
10 May: Tame Impala played a headline slot at Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday night bringing their forthcoming third album Currents to the live setting.
The show was filled with suitably stunning psychedelic visuals whilst the Australian group, headed by lead-songwriter Kevin Parker, played a thrilling setlist consisting of favourites from breakthrough album Lonerism such as the woozy 'Feels Like We Only Go Backwards' and the groove driven 'Mind Mischief'.
The five-piece also previewed cuts from Currents which is set to be released in July including the epic 7-minute 'Let It Happen' and stunning newbie 'Eventually'.
Check out the amazing photos of the set here.
