Slipknot Close Their London Residency In Spectacular Style

Wednesday December 3, 2008 – Slipknot play the final show of a three night residency at London's Hammersmith Apollo. Bolstered by dramatic pyrotechnics and plenty of on-stage theatrics – including Joey Jordison's revolving drum kit during the finale – the band were in thunderous form. Frontman Corey Taylor even hailed the crowd as the loudest of their entire European tour. Click through to see the spectacle in pictures...

  • Wow, would have loved to have been at this gig, three AMAZING bands all playing together. why no pics of the support bands gigwise, children of bodom and machine head have fans too.

  • I saw them at the NIA birmingham, on 7th December ! was an awesome night, children and machine were amazing too, slipknot were kick ass !
