27. The Flaming Lips: 'Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots' (2002) - Many felt that The Lips previous effort The Soft Bulletin couldnt be topped, but they were wholly wrong. A wondrously constructed concept album about the adventures of a young girl named Yoshimi, its a startling record that confirms Wayne Coynes status as a bona fide genius.
- Absolutely love this list! Although, where are Kaiser Chiefs?

- not good enough really

Kaiser Chiefs are on our worst albums of the decade countdown
- not enough dance

I was just thinking about this the other day. Can't argue with most of these although I am missing Beck's Sea Change, Bon Iver and CSS.
