4. Radiohead: 'Kid A' (2001) - Partly inspired by the band’s obsession with the Warp label, and partly as a direct reaction to the overbearing critical acclaim of OK Computer, Radiohead divided their fans with this experimental opus. A true grower, the record has aged like almost no other this side of the millennium. Whatever side of the fence you sit on, ‘Kid A’ is inescapably one of the most important albums of recent times - yet another for the inimitable Oxford outfit.
- Absolutely love this list! Although, where are Kaiser Chiefs?
- not good enough really
- Kaiser Chiefs are on our worst albums of the decade countdown
- not enough dance
- I was just thinking about this the other day. Can't argue with most of these although I am missing Beck's Sea Change, Bon Iver and CSS.
