Uriel Jones was the second drummer in The Funk Brothers - The session musicians that featured on the majority of Motown's hits. Jones' unique and hard hitting drumming is best heard on 'Aint No Mountain High Enough' by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell and number of Smokey Robinson and Stevie Wonder songs. He died on March 24th at the age of 74 from a heart attack.
