Sponsored by an airline, lines of deckchairs as seats, picnic blankets and hampers as far as the eye can see, the burger tent run by Carluccio's restaurant chain and toilets more pristine than your own at home - Glastonbury this was not. But the refined open air setting in the grounds of Kenwood House on London's Hampstead Heath suited Rufus Wainwright's high camp down to the ground. Support came from Fyfe Dangerfield.
