MC Guru - The Gang Starr rapper died of cancer in New York in April. He was 48.
Paul Gray, founder of Slipknot - Slipknot bassist Paul Gray was found dead in an hotel room after an accidental drug overdose on May 24. Gray, aged 38, had fatal levels of morphine and the morphine substitute fentanyl in his blood when his body was found.
Stuart Cable - The former Stereophonics drummer died at the age of 40. Cable was found dead in his home on June 7 after choking to death on his own vomit.
Sergio Vega - Sergio Vega was shot dead at the age of 40 as he made his way to a concert in Sinaloa state. The singer's death on June 26 came just hours after he quashed online reports which claimed that the star had been killed.
