Take That kicked off their UK and Ireland Progress Tour at Sunderland’s Stadium Of Light on Friday.
The gig marked the band’s first full show since they reunited with Robbie Williams last year.
Backed by a 600ft tall man on a set reportedly worth £15million, the performance fused songs from Take That’s own back-catalogue including ‘The Flood’ and ‘Kidz’, while Williams also performed several of his own solo hits such as ‘Let Me Entertain You’ and ‘Angels’.
Take That’s Progress tour continues with more date at the Stadium Of Light before calling at stadiums in venues across the UK, concluding at London's Wembley Stadium in July.
