Jessie J keeps promise to shave head for Comic Relief
Fundraising singer unveils her new look on live TV, Dermot O'Leary compares her to GI Jane
- Little Mix/Union J eat cinnamon: Radio 1's Breakfast Show host Nick Grimshaw has been up to all sorts for this year's event. The man himself had a bath filled with maggots, but he got some guests involved as well, challenging Union J and Little mix to eat a tablespoon of cinnamon. It doesn't look like it was much fun, but then again it never sounded like it would be.
She promised she would, but it’s still impressive that Jessie J actually went through with shaving her head to raise money for Comic Relief, and live on TV no less.
Last night Jessie gave a sneak peak of what was to come, revealing a picture of herself with everything but her fringe shaved off.
She then emerged on the Red Nose Day stage with her hair completely removed, and pulled off the look surprisingly well.
“It’s the weirdest feeling,” she told host Dermot O’Leray as he stroked her head.
“I really like it,” he replied.
“You look like GI Jane,” he added.
“My mum’s crying with happiness,” Jessie remarked.

Last night’s fundraising event saw a host of celebrities do their bit for the charity, with Ricky Gervais reviving his David Brent character and the Vicar Of Dibly cast returning to once again contribute a special clip.
There was also a special appearance from Will Ferrell in a Comic Relief Anchorman sketch.
