From David Bowie and Daft Punk to Alex Turner and Beyonce, this year has seen the bountiful return of plenty of musical heroes - but 2013 has also been an exceptional year for douchebags.

It seems in an ever increasingly mad world of twerking, lyric videos and One Direction, one has to try a different tact to attract attention - and apparently it's acting like a massive idiot. And as it's attention they crave, we've put together a definitive list of the biggest douchebags of the year.
