Fans of Muse, Outkast and Arcade Fire around the world are in for a treat, as both weekends of Coachella festival 2014 are set to be streamed for the first time ever.
It has been announced that the first weekend ( April 11 - 13) will be streamed on YouTube, with viewers able to watch a number of the festival performers live, as well as behind the scenes footage, emails and more. The second weekend (from April 18 - 20) will then be broadcast on AXS TV - offering 20 hours of live footage and artist interviews.
This is awesome news for music fans around the world. Why? Well, Pharrell, The Knife, Queens Of The Stone Age, Lana Del Rey and Beck also on the bill. As well as seeing one of Muse's few festival commitments for the year ahead, also included in the line-up are the likes of Skrillex, Ellie Goulding, Broken Bells, Lorde, Chromeo, Haim, Empire Of The Sun, The 1975, Motorhead and many, many more. See the full poster below.
Sounds awesome, right? Right. We really want to go - but two streams will have to do.
Coachella 2014 will take place across two weekends from April 11-13 and April 18-20 in Indio, California. Tickets go on sale Friday 10 January at 1pm EST. For more information visit Gigwise gig tickets.
