Mick Rock, one of the most important photographers in the history of music, is currently celebrating the release of the paperback of Exposed, with an exhibition at the Tribeca's Sumo Gallery in New York.

Featuring not only intimate shots of 70s music icons behind closed doors, it also compilates contemporary work, taken over the last decade. Names featured in the show include David Bowie, Lou Reed, Iggy Pop, Kate Moss, Karen O, Janelle Monae, Lady Gaga, Daft Punk and many many more. We've grabbed a few choice snapshots from the many many many beautiful compositions on offer - see them at Sumo until 19 October.
