The Gorillaz address one of the serious concerns on this no messing single - "Kids with guns/ taking over/ they won't be long/ they're mesmerised/ skeletised/ kids with guns." Whether it's strapped with a Tommy gun, a pee-pee gun, cap gun, spud gun, ray gun or ("you got me ya bastard") the water pistol - kids with guns, a serious concern. Then there's the Columbine horrors. Damon delivers with laconic vocals, the band sounding like The Stranglers or The Squeeze of old perhaps, things moving at a pedestrian gait. The cover could well enter 'the annals of distinctive sleeve art' with its cocked gun with smiling kids faces in the barrel. Oh, and track two - 'El Manana' is dainty with its strings and beat box - like a vodka shooter.
