Who'd have thought fok music would have proven so popular in the 21st Century? Ben Howard is one of many artists leading the (quiet) acoustic revolution with huge record sales, a Top Ten album, a recent performance on Jools Holland and an internet smash on his hands with his recent Radio One cover of Carly Rae Jepson's chart topper, 'Call Me Maybe'.
Howard has shared some of his favourite things with Gigwise, from his top five gigs to his three favourite cities, his favourite books to his top five films. We'll be revealing one video per day over the next five days. Check back here to watch the singer/songwriter tell all - while sat next to the rippling waves of a distant shore. It's enough to make you want a holiday - or maybe just buy his debut album 'Every Kingdom' - which is out now.

Day three: Ben Howard gets literary and reveals his favourite reading matter as he discusses his most loved books.
