This weekend Nicki Minaj made a small group of very privileged teenagers very happy indeed. They naturally wished they could have this moment for life.
As posted on Minaj's Instagram, it depicts the MC surrounded by a group of friends who can't quite believe their luck. Minaj was performing at Matt's Bar Mitzvah, the rite of passage for a Jewish boy to become a man at the age of 13. Whilst there, Matt and his friends couldn't resist getting a group photo, and look closer, you'll see the strategic hands being placed. Minaj captioned the post on Instagram with "Get a load of these little hunks..." which may at first appear strange, but not stranger than the fact that Nicki Minaj is performing at a Bar Mitzvah.

Minaj performed a few of her hits, including 'Only' and the massive single 'Super Bass' to a great reaction from the party-goers. Minaj also took time from her set to talk about the importance of womanhood and how they should be independent. “Get an education, stay in school, and don’t be a slouch or a bum" she told her guests - which is important if you're going to ever be able to afford someone for your next party who charges 50K for a verse with no album out.
Nicki Minaj will be returning to the UK to headline Wireless Festival. She co-headlines the Sunday night of the festival alongside David Guetta. Wireless takes place on the 3rd to the 5th of July. Tickets are available now.
