- More Michael Jackson
Just twelve days after his death, Michael Jackson's life and musical legacy was remembered during an emotional ceremony at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Family and friends paid tribute to the star as millions of fans watched from around the world.
Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, Usher and Jackson's brother, Jermaine, were among performers, but the ceremony will perhaps most remembered for the impromptu eulogy from the singer's 11-year-old daughter, Paris Katherine. Surrounded by the Jackson family, Paris described the singer as “the best father you could ever imagine”.
