Kaiser Chiefs and Foo Fighters have been friends for years, and are currently tearing up South Africa this year before hitting the road for a string of huge shows in Ireland, Argentina, Brazil and Chile next year. To celebrate, we've asked the band to take over our Instagram account to show us what life with the Foos is like - on stage, off stage and on the road.
Speaking to Gigwise about their relationship with the Foos, Kaiser Chiefs guitarist Andrew 'Whitey' White replied: "Us and Dave are like 'that'! I honestly think Peanut has got his number."
When asked if they'd learned anything from playing with them, Whitey replied: "Just to put 110% into it and try to enjoy it. They do genuinely put everything into all that they do. Dave Grohl is just one of those genuine guys, he's quite infectious.
"You want to hang around and talk to him, he's one of the good people whose passion drives the music industry on a bit - and that does rub off a little bit, because we're quite dour Northerners."
