Miguel is finally facing legal action after he accidentally landed on two fans during his live performance at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.
The leg drop heard around the world - which became a full blown meme - after the incident happened. According to TMZ, on a lawsuit Cindy Tsai says she took the full force of the blow when Miguel landed on her during his performance of 'Adorn'.
Tsai is suing Miguel - as well as the MGM Grand Hotel, where the event was held -- for negligence and is seeking damages to cover medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

In 2014 another woman Khyati Shah claimed she had sustained a head injury following the same incident but no legal charges were brought against Miguel.
Miguel recently released 'Coffee (F***ing)', originally taken from a three track EP from last year. It has now been given a Wale verse (which continues the caffeine-as-sex-metaphor and features the memorable line "She say my stroke is a scone, I let that soak in her bean"). It will be the first track from his brand new album Wildheart that will be released this summer.
