Father John Misty just played a storming, emotional set at Glastonbury 2015.

Taking to The Park Stage in the early evening, the former Fleet Foxes drummer proved his worth as a solo artist with a stunning performance during the sunset.

Playing a set based heavily off his acclaimed second I Love You, Honeybear, Misty was a tour de force, pacing around the stage with a commanding presence throughout, heightening the emotional intensity of his material and further proving himself as one of 2015's most resonant artists.

The likes of 'True Affection', 'Chateau Lobby No. 4' and the record's title track proved to be the most affecting throughout, with the mix between his older and more recent material culminating in a totally jaw dropping performance, further raising anticipation for his UK tour latet this year.

Glastonbury continues tonight with performances from the likes of Pharrell Williams, Skepta, Deadmau5, and a headline set from Kanye West.

Stay tuned to Gigwise for updates from Glastonbury across the weekend.
