Glastonbury boss Michael Eavis has spoken out on why he didn't see Kanye West last night, and his thoughts on Florence + The Machine's triumphant headline set.
Last night saw Kanye West's huge headline set - one that has generally divided opinion throughout the world (check out our thoughts and review here). It also saw 'comedian' Lee Nelson invade the stage.
"I don't know a thing about it," Eavis told Gigwise. "I was at The Moody Blues, and sang the last song of the set with them, which is called 'Question' - which is the best song ever written, ever. I first saw them 45 years ago."
When we asked him about Florence + The Machine stepping up to stand in for Foo Fighters and headline on Friday, Eavis replied: "I thought she put her heart and soul into it - she was the lady of the night, no doubt about it."
And his other highlights? "The Underground Piano Bar - I was there until two in the morning, hows'at?"
The closing day of Glasto is set to see performances from the likes of The Who, Paul Weller, Mini Mansions, Patti Smith, FFS, Death Cab For Cutie, Mini Manions, Idlewild, Ryan Adams, Lionel Richie and many more.
