The Jack White-led goth rockers The Dead Weather have announced their first album since 2010's brutal Sea of Cowards.
Unsurprisingly, the album will be released on White's Third Man Records label this September. The third release from this supergroup of White Stripes, The Kills, Queens of the Stone Age and Raconteur fame will not be accompanied with a tour.
This release, which is titled Dodge and Burn, probably has something to do with White's reported "break" from performing live for a "long period of time".
Dodge and Burn will include all the songs already released through Third Man records' vault subscription service. The record will have 8 unheard songs and the previously released tracks: 'Open Up (That's Enough)', 'Rough Detective', 'It's Just Too Bad' and 'Buzzkill(er)'.

A deluxe version of this album will be made available to those that sign up to the Third Man vault subscription service before 31 July. Subscribers will receive an exclusive and alternative copy of the record, the 'I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)' 7" and a Dead Weather themed pack of playing cards.
