FFS, the collaborative outfit comprising Franz Ferdinand and Sparks, have announced a one-off London gig in September.
The group, who released their self-titled debut album earlier this year, have played just two UK dates so far in 2015. They only announced their formation in March, having been recording together since at least the mid-2000s.
Speaking to Gigwise of the fan reaction to their teaming up, Alex Kapranos said, "I would hope that both of our sets of fans would expect to be surprised. Most people I've spoken to have said 'Oh, I would never have thought of that, but it totally makes sense'."

They were also keen to point out their dedication to the project, saying, “It's not like this is a side-project that we need to get out of our systems then we return to the 'real stuff' - this is the real stuff. We're fully immersed and excited. We don't know where we're going.”
They've already announced a few UK shows for August, but they've now added a gig at London's Forum on 8 September to their schedule.
See FFS' full UK tour dates below. Tickets for the London Forum date are on sale at 9am on Friday (10 July). For more information and tickets, click here.
