More about:

Coheed and Cambria debuted their new track, 'Eraser', recently and have shared a behind-the-rack video with us at Gigwise. Check it out on Gigwise first below.

'Eraser' is a sun-drenched slice of Coheed and Cambria, while the progressive rock elements still stand at the forefront of the track, elements of pop-punk and post-hardcore seep through in the memorable melodies and disarming rhythm sections.

The band have now shared a 'making-of' video with Gigwise in which Claudio and the rest of the band describe how the band was morphed out of taking 'Eraser' on the road and dragging it through the dirt to land on the configuration and power of the track as you can hear it above.

Watch Coheed and Cambria talk through 'Eraser' below

The quartet's eighth studio album, The Color Before The Sun, is out 16 October and marks the first non-conceptual release from the band. Frontman Claudio Sanchez has expressed that this offering will, lyrically, be his most exposed and raw venture.
