Remember when David Attenborough did a spoken word cover of 'What A Wonderful World' and it was the greatest thing in existence? Well, now he's narrated the opening of Adele's new video.
The wildlife presenter / all-round national treasure, known for his Blue Planet and Frozen Planet series amongst many others, visited Radio One yesterday (2 November) to chat to Greg James.
While he was there, he read out a specially written narration for the opening minute of Adele's new 'Hello' video - the bit before she starts to sing. "Look as the world's most famous popstar zooms down an old track in an old mini," he observed in his signature dulcit tones. "Money certainly hasn't changed her."
"But there's a problem," he continued. "The signal is poor and she hasn't upgraded her handset since 1999. #flipphone." It's pure gold.
