Kehlani has posted, and then deleted, a note on Instagram suggesting that she attempted to commit suicide.
The musician, who has worked with Zayn Malik and Justin Bieber, and released her debut commercial mixtape last year, recently made tabloid headlines after her ex-boyfriend, rapper PARTYNEXTDOOR, suggested that she'd cheated on Kyrie Irving with him.
In an Instagram post that has since been deleted (along with her entire account), Kehlani's arm can be seen with an IV drip. In the photo's caption, she wrote, "Today I wanted to leave this Earth. Being completely selfish for once. Never thought I’d get to such a low point. But don’t believe the blogs you read. No one was cheated on and I’m not a bad person. Everyone is hurt and everyone is in a place of misunderstanding.
"But as of today, I had no wish to see tomorrow. But God saved me for a reason and for that…I must be grateful. Cuz I’m not in Heaven right now for a reason. On that note, bye Instagram."
