The BBC has announced the artists shortlisted and the performers on the night for this year's BBC Music Awards - with the likes of Adele, Foo Fighters and Ed Sheeran all up for prizes.
BBC’s Music Awards gave revealed the names up for British Artist of the Year, as well as International Artist of the Year and BBC Live Performance of the year.
The awards show is in its second year and will be hosted by Chris Evans and Fearne Cotton at Birmingham’s Genting Areana on Tuesday 10 December. The show will be broadcast on BBC One and Radio 2 from 8pm to 10pm on the same night.

Performers on the night will include, Ellie Goulding, Faithless, Hozier, James Bay, Jess Glynne, Little Mix, Mumford and Sons, OMI, One Direction, Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott, Rod Stewart and The Shires plus BBC Introducing Artist of the Year Jack Garratt.
