Biffy Clyro saw in 2016 in style, debuting the fittingly named new song 'On A Bang' from their upcoming album with an epic New Year's Eve gig in Edinburgh. Check it out below.
Their gig was part of a massive Hogmanay show at Edinburgh's West Princes Gardens with fellow Scots Idlewild and Honeyblood. During their hit-packed set that included 'Many Of Horror', 'Bubbles', 'Mountains' and much more, the band gave their first taster of the follow up to 2013's Opposites with 'On A Bang'.
In keeping with the band's stop-start unhinged math-rock tendencies, it also packs in a lot of the arena anthemics of their latter work with the frenzied sing-along chorus of 'now you know better, why can't you fucking do better?'. This new album is going to be loud.
