Foo Fighters are currently involved in a legal battle, suing for losses incurred after gigs were cancelled in the wake of the Paris terror attacks.
The 'Everlong' rock heroes cancelled the remainder of their tour, after ISIS struck and Eagles Of Death Metal gig at The Bataclan in Paris back in November - shooting 89 concert-goers dead.
"It is with profound sadness and heartfelt concern for everyone in Paris that we have been forced to announce the cancellation of the rest of our tour," said Foo Fighters in a statment. "In light of this senseless violence, the closing of borders, and international mourning, we can't continue right now. There is no other way to say it. This is crazy and it sucks. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who was hurt or who lost a loved one."
Now, as ITV News reports, that the 'Learn To Fly' stars are suing Lloyds Of London, claiming that the insurers never reimbursed the band over the cancelled shows - or those missed after frontman Dave Grohl broke his leg during a gig last year.
Meanwhile, Foo Fighters recently responded to split rumours by pranking fans with an awesome troll video.
"Oh I'm used to it. Every couple of years we get those rumours," guitarist Chris Shiflett told Gigwise. "Ever since I've been in the band, there's been word that we're about to break up. After a while, you're just like 'oh, the tours over, here come the break-up rumours'. The next one has to be 'the reunion tour..."
Responding to what Grohl could be up to away from the band, Shiflett said: "I have no idea, he usually does. Dave's always got a bunch of things going on, whether he's making a movie or a TV show or whatever - he stays busy. He always has."
