David Bowie's ex-wife, Angie Bowie, reacted emotionally in the Celebrity Big Brother Diary Room to the news of his passing.
The producers of the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother alerted Angie Bowie of the sad news on Monday and proceeded to film her reaction in the Diary Room.
Angie was visibly distraught and said, "I haven't seen him for so many years… I can't make a big drama out of it. I just feel like an era has ended with his passing. I'm so very sad."
She then burst into tears, before being consoled by fellow contestant, David Gest.
The pair were married from 1970 to 1980.

The bosses of the show have announced that she will continue to participate in the programme, "She has taken the decision to continue in the programme. The decision to remain in the house is entirely her choice, and she has been given the option to leave at any time if she changes her mind. Appropriate support will be available to Angie at any time if needed."
David Bowie passed away yesterday, after losing an 18-month battle with cancer. He had just celebrated his 69th birthday on the same day that he released his twenty-fifth studio album, Blackstar.
