The Forest Live series, which is promoted by the Forestry Commission, hosts a plethora of acts in spectacular woodland settings throughout the country.

As they prepare for the release of their sixth album, Kaiser Chiefs are the latest band set to perform for the event. They'll tour through the forests of Gloucestershire, Kent, North Yorkshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire throughout June and July.

Speaking of the gigs, frontman Ricky Wilson said, "As a band we've always loved to play outdoors, we’ve done fields, parks, farms, rooftops, beaches and back gardens, but this will be the first time we’ve played in a forest. If you go down to the woods this Summer, you’re sure of a big surprise. We’re really looking forward to being part of Forest Live."
