Adele just won the Global Success Award at the BRITS, and gave a tearful, and sweary, accemptance speech.

The singer was presented the award by astronaut Tim Peake, from space - an honour that wasn't lost on Adele.

"Thank you. I can't work out if i'm crying 'cus of that video or 'cus Tim Peake did it," she told the crowd. "My kid is gonna think I'm so cool." Then the audio was muted as she began to swear - though they brought the same back up just in time for her to say "fucking" before they dipped it again."

She concluded, "Not bad for a girl from Tottenham that don't like flying." Earlier in the night, in her first speech, Adele took the opportunity to publicly voice her support for Kesha, who recently lost a legal appeal to leave the record label of Dr. Luke - who she claims raped her.

Earlier in the night, Adele won British Female Solo Artist and Song Of The Year for 'Hello'. She's set to perform later tonight.
