Two heavyweights in the music industry, in both Gwen Stefani and Pharrell, are set to join the Sesame Street show as guest stars.

From collaborating with the likes of Madonna, Justin Timberlake, Snoop Dogg and Daft Punk, the artists are set to take a new artistic direction with Elmo and the like.
In the episodes they both feature in, Pharrell is giving life lessons to none other than the pesky Cookie Monster, as well as, Elmo.
Gwen Stefani, however, joins the cast of the show to sing, 'Be a Good Friend', which is about, well, being a good friend.

Why does this sound like the latest Paramore tracks?
The stars now join an illustrious line of musicians with the likes of Michael Jackson, Prince, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry having all made appearances on the kids show.
The brand new season of Sesame Street is set to be premiered on the 7th November.
