Take That have extended their UK tour after all tickets sold out within minutes of going on sale this morning.
All original 22 dates are now completely gone, with some fans queuing overnight at venues to secure their tickets.
Five nights at the Birmingham NEC sold out in record time, while all tickets for the Newcastle shows went within an hour.
Such was the high demand that for the first time in two-and-a-half years, Ticketmaster’s website buckled under the pressure and crashed.
The pop outfit will now play an extra six shows that take in:
London, The O2 – December 6/7/8
Manchester MEN Arena – 21/22/23
UPDATE: All tickets are now sold-out
- Can’t believe it! Missed out on tickets! Tried through Ticketmaster, finger poised on Find tickets at 8.59 and the whole thing just crashed! Nevermind
- Ticketmaster was awful and crashed continually leaving 100s of fans with no chance of getting a ticket! I managed to get tickets to 3 dates (2 in London and 1 in Manchester) but i feel awful for the other genuine fans that missed out especially when tickets are being listed on ebay at the moment for £700!!!
- why on earth do they put tickets on sale at 9am on a weekday!some of us actually work for a living and missed out!totally unfair!
- i got tickets to manchester i cannot wait to see them.
- Am so excited, have tickets to see them in manchester, tried all morning and finally got them at half 11! went to see their reunion tour but this is sure to be amazing! just 10 months to go...!
