Go on, tell me you don’t know at least half the lyrics to ‘Rock DJ’, or that you’re too cool to belt out the chorus of ‘Angels’ with a vast crowd of tipsy nostalgic thirtysomethings.

He’s currently a judge on X-Factor (who knew), and whatever your stance on the bloke who joined Take That aged 16, then later signed an £80 MILLION SOLO DEAL, in 2002 if you please, he knows exactly how to get a big crowd going.

In 2003, you’ll recall, he played some of the biggest gigs IN HISTORY performing to around 125,000 people a night, for three nights, at Knebworth – not to mention an estimated 3.5 million people who watched it the shows on telly.
