Flow Festival has announced that Bon Iver will headline in 2020. The Helsinki-based festival will host Justin Vernon and his band in August at the Scandi utopia, with 150 more performers yet to be announced.

After their breathtaking performance at All Points East in London this summer, Bon Iver will once again take their pastoral, other-wordly sounds to the festival crowds, this time in Finland's beautiful Helsinki.

i,i, which was released this August, saw Vernon return somewhat to the soft folk of earlier releases such as the cult classic For Emma, Forever Ago. It featured collaborations from James Blake, Moses Sumney and more contemporary artists.

Flow Festival will once again host experimental art, pop music and more cultural pop-ups in addition to the many bands and artists who will play the event. There will also continue to be a large-scale sustainability initiative.

Flow Festival will take place in Helsinki, Finland on 14-16 August 2020. Early bird tickets are available here.
