Jehnny Beth has dialed up the thrill even further on her third single 'Innocence'. Another taste of the Savages frontwoman's debut solo album To Love Is To Live, it's an eerily relevant song charged with themes of isolation.

Slower than its predecessors 'Flower' and 'I'm The Man', this song is a creeping industrial alt-experience that we can easily imagine soundtracking Luther. Any horror filmmakers out there? This would be an excellent hook-up for your accompaniment.

There's an atmospheric live video to go along with this one: see it below.

The song debuted at last month's BBC 6 Music Festival in Camden. "Is it living in the city that turned your heart so cold?" she asks through a sinsier voice-changer, drawing out themes of feeling lonely even when surrounded by millions of people.

With this third single, Beth continues to prove an undeniable fact: this artist is making music like no one else.

To Love Is To Live arrives 12 June via Caroline Records.
