More about:

Collaborative excellence abounds on the brand new track 'Quest For Coin II', a collaboration between Jme, Swindle and jazz troupe Ezra Collective. A compelling mash-up, it's a hard-edged, softly-lit proposition.

The cut is a specially-reworked version of 2019 instrumental 'Quest For Coin', which appeared on the collective's debut album You Can't Steal My Joy. Trumpets abound, meshing with Swindle's beats and Jme's flow for a smooth concoction that has the potential to link grime fans with jazz and vice versa.

Jme joined Ezra Collective on stage at the Roundhouse last year. The collective appeared on recent compilation Blue Note Re:Imagined with a contemporary version of Wayne Shorter's 'Footprints'.
