Greentea Peng has wrapped up her year with a brand new single and video for 'Spells'. There's word that a debut album will be incoming in 2021 along with a string of live dates.

Jazzy and soulfully-delivered, 'Spells' is a pretty muddle of ideas. Produced by KIKO and SAMO, the sporadic keys and percussion drives the single along through a wonderland of expression as Greentea Peng explores the power words can hold. 

"As someone who has struggled as a yute with wanting to ‘fit in’ this was kind of a final purge of that stage in my ego development" Greentea Peng said. "But also its about the idea of casting spells with negative language and behaviours we adopt and use about/ towards our peers."
