Manchester's Parklife has announced this afternoon that it will take place in September 2021 - that's the first time the event has ever had its dates shifted. There's a line-up incoming in January.

"With all the good recent news, we’re now looking ahead to 2021, and a return to the fields and good times we all love" Parklife wrote on social media. "It's a party 2 years in the making that we all deserve. It’s why with that in mind that we have decided to move next year’s festival to the new dates of 11th-12th September, so we can be sure of the good times coming."

Parklife 2020 was cancelled of course, crushing a blockbuster line-up that included Tyler, The Creator, Skepta, Robyn, Charli XCX, Anderson .Paak and JME. The announcement earlier this year that the Heaton Park celebration would return in June 2021 has now been amended to September.

Parklife 2021 takes place in Heaton Park 11-12 September. Register here to hear when tickets drop.
