It's Reggae for the new era
Gwen Stefani has been the vintage frontwoman of rock band No Doubt, the 00s popstar and now she's returned with a new direction...a reggae direction. 'Let Me Reintroduce Myself' is her brand new single: the first since 2015 and sign of more to come.

A throwback to her career so far, this new cut is a blend of No Doubt ska and LAMB era pop - with some callbacks in there too. "I already gave you bananas" she sings on the harmless pop song.
About her comeback, Stefani said: “This song is a way of saying I’m back with new music. It’s a fun, light-hearted song, because I got inspired and hopefully to bring a little bit of joy. The idea was to write a song that had a bit of a nostalgic feeling to it, so I think musically it reminds you of back in the day, going back to where I started musically which was with ska and reggae. I’m still the same me but here’s something a little bit new in case you feel like hearing a little bit more of me,”
