More about:

The Lathums are kicking off their New Year with a massive new video for recent track 'Foolish Parley'. There's a flavour of AM era Arctic Monkeys in the new indie banger, which has a creeping sense of foreboding about it.

The matching visuals share that feeling of the uncanny with surreal turns on the beach in clown make-up and a hand-gun massacre in black and white. It's all tied together by a truly delicious spaghetti western guitar solo.

'Foolish Parley' arrived last year on the four-piece's Ghosts EP. On the single, frontman Alex Moore said “Being honest, this just came to me out of nowhere, I can’t pinpoint from exactly where or why. Like a lot of songs, it was something that flowed freely, working first time and, sometimes, it takes no more thinking about than that.”

Lucky bugger!
